This protein-packed tropical smoothie is your snow-day pick-me-up! Bright, creamy, and ready in minutes. With 11g of protein from yogurt and 10g of plant-based protein from hemp hearts, it’s an easy, nourishing blend that tastes like sunshine but fuels like a meal.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup frozen fruit

  • 1 ripe banana

  • ½ cup orange juice

  • ½ cup milk

  • ¼ cup protein yogurt

  • 1 tsp raw honey

  • Hemp hearts (for garnish)

    Let's Get Mixing:

  • Add all ingredients (except hemp hearts) into blender and blend until smooth.
